. NOV_26-97_ WED 05 : 19 PM DR LAURA KNIPFER 608 655 3715 P. 02
•
908 Sun Prairie Rd.
Marshall, WI 53559
October 27, 1997
Dane County Land Regulation and Records
Room 116, City County Building
Madison, WI 53709
Dear Dane County Zoning:
Birrenkott Surveying has submitted a new certified survey map for rezone petition #7073
and CUP#1464, The C1 section has been reduced from the original petition to 0.8
acres. The rest of the 4.6 acres will be RH1. The CUP will still be required for the
veterinary clinic and boarding kennel on the C1 piece.
Attached is a site map of the proposed building and parking areas. A single, joint
driveway for the clinic/grooming salon/kennel and the veterinarian's residence is
planned. Sean Olson from the Dane County Highway Department has inspected and
approved the site and will issue a driveway permit pending rezoning and purchase of the
lot.
Regular hours of operation for Marshall Pet Care Clinic will be:
M,W,F - 8a-5p
T,TH - 8a-8p
Sat - 8a-12p
Sun -4p-5p (boarding pickup only)
The current commercial building is 34'x80' and is designed to house 40 animals. It is
requested that the zoning CUP allow for up to 100 animals if the community
demonstrates the need for expansion of our services. Enough C1 land has already
been included in this proposal to allow for this.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Dr. Laura Knipfer, DVM
