EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 4/16/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Medina described as follows: TO C-1 : Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 18; thence along the South line of the said NE 1/4, N89°14' 45" West, 2641 .0 to the Southwest corner of the said NE 1/4; thence along the West line of the said NE 1/4, North, 179. 01 feet to the centerline of CTH TT; thence along said centerline; N47°57' East, 177 . 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S42°03' East, 233.00 feet; thence N47°57' East, 150 . 00 feet; thence N42°03' West, 233 . 00 feet to the centerline of said CTH TT; thence along said centerline S47°57' West, 150. 00 feet to the point of beginning.
