TEMPORARY STRUCTURES: No structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or other outbuilding shall be used on any lot at any time as a residence either temporarily or permanently. Any residence constructed upon any lot shall be completed within one(1)year after the commencement of construction thereof. SIGNS: r There shall signs of any kind displayed to the public view on Lots One or Three except one sign of not more than five (5)square feet advertising the property for sale or rent, or signs used by a builder to advertise the property during the construction and sales period, or a temporary development sign placed on the premises by GRANTORS, their successors in interest, or a sign for a self-employed party with a home office. LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY: No poultry, swine, or other nondomestic animals shall be kept on Lots One and Three, unless otherwise permitted in this paragraph. No more than seven head of horses or bovines may be kept on Lot One. No more than seven head of horses or bovines may be kept on Lot Three. No veal operation shall be maintained on Lots One, Two and Three. GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL: No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers. All outside containers shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. All refuse of any description shall be confined to the rear of the house. STORAGE: The storage of automobiles, boats, travel trailers, mobile homes, campers, snowmobiles, motorcycles or any other recreational vehicle is prohibited on Lots One, Two and Three,unless kept inside a garage or outbuilding. This shall not prohibit the temporary parking of such vehicles,not to exceed eight hours, for the purpose of loading and unloading. APPLICABILITY: The restrictions and covenants herein contained are applicable to the property encompassed in Certified Survey Map No.Si&I recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dane County,in Volume of Certified Survey Maps, Pagej 4`? on a-19 , 1996, located in the Township of Perry, Dane County, Wisconsin.
