Originally we planned to build a residence on the <br /> parcel without rezoning, but after consulting informally with the town land use planning committee <br /> believe that it makes more sense to rezone the portion of the parcel where we propose to put the <br /> house. If the rezoning is approved, we do not need to submit farm plans, and the town benefits by <br /> having the land realistically rezoned and properly taxed. The town prefers that we submit town <br /> driveway,rezone and site plan applications concurrently with this application, and we have done so. <br /> The site view was scheduled to take place October 4, 1997; we go before the town land use <br /> committee on October 7 and the town board on October 14.
