DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7080 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Perry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to in!lude in the RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7080 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Perry described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence N 00° 11' 09" West <br /> 1120.50 feet; thence N 89° 48' 51" East 531.54 feet to the point of beginning; thence N <br /> 89° 48' 51" East 417.5 feet; thence S 00° 11' 09" East 417.5 feet; thence S 89° 48' 51" <br /> West 417.5 feet; thence N 00° 11' 09" West 417.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ■ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings, to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
