r � <br /> Page 2 <br /> #Petition 7081 - Cont. <br /> Part of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #6927 located in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 6, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> CO-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said CSM#6927: thence N00°10'37" <br /> West, along the East right-of-way line of Morrisonville Road, 78.05 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N00°10'37" West, along said right-of-way line, 175.00 feet; <br /> thence N89°57'45" East, 350.00 feet; thence S00°10'37" East, 170.0 feet; thence <br /> S89°57'45"East, 350.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> RECORDING OF AN APPROVED PLAT REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded.
