The restriction should read: <br /> 1. There shall be no residential development on the balance of the farm or the 35+ acres created <br /> by this Ordinance without such residential development being approved through the rezoning <br /> process. Parcels affected by this restriction are: <br /> 18-0812-263-8000-6 <br /> 18-0812-263-8500-1 <br /> 18-0812-271-9500-9 <br /> 18-0812-274-8000-3 <br /> 18-0812-274-9500-6 <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Kuhl agreed to this deed restriction when they appeared before the Town Board. If <br /> Mr. Kuhl does need to attend another hearing before the County Board please call him so that he <br /> is aware of this. <br />
