. 1 DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7087 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7087 Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South along the East line of said 1/4 1/4; 438 feet to the centerline of Nuland Road and the point of beginning; thence continue South 196 feet; thence West 90 feet; thence S 10° West, 850 feet; thence S 05° West, 230 feet; thence West, 195 feet; thence North, 1340 feet; thence East, 440 feet; thence South 66 feet to the center of Nuland Road, thence East along said centerline, 66 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
