9 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7091 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7091 <br /> A parcel of land in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Albion, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 35; thence South 89°34' West 1779.85 <br /> feet along the centerline of Lake Drive Road to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> South 89°34' West 35.18 feet along said centerline; thence South 40°29' East 278.20 feet <br /> along the Easterly right-of-way line of Goedi Road; thence North 89°34' East 850.29 feet <br /> to the Westerly right-of-way line of I-90; thence North 44°16' West 56.86 feet along said <br /> right-of-way line; thence North 33°16' West 121.29 feet along said right-of-way line to <br /> the Southerly right-of-way line of Lake Drive Road: thence South 89°34' West 528.97 <br /> feet along the South right-of-way line of Lake Drive Road; thence North 84°48' West <br /> 301.5 feet along said right-of-way line; thence North 0°26' West 40.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> n <br /> L�� , 5 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
