A 71— <br /> ic"?4, <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #3828 PZ <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3828: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows: Lot #3 , CSM 3503 found in Volume 14 Page 68 of Certified Survey <br /> Maps, Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> 1 ) . Use of the property shall be restricted to sale and repair of <br /> agricultural equipment. <br /> EFFECTIVE: MAR 2 " 1986 <br />
