A. <br /> j DANE COUNA ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7096 ,� • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Siervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor amended to include in the C-1 Commercial Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P.NUMBER: 7096/1470 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Windsor, described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, CSM 5534, found in Volume 25,Page 168 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds office. <br /> FONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. That the provision of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 10, Section <br /> 10.13(1)(I), distribution centers and wholesale business shall not be an allowable use <br /> under this petition. <br /> 2. That the number of allowable family units be reduced from 96 to 92. <br /> 3. That there shall be no construction within those areas specified as wetland until such <br /> time as the wetland designation is removed. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 4‘. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
