Density Study Summary for Rezone #7098 <br /> December 1997 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Lynn <br /> Seston at the time of at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Berry <br /> (12/12/81), consisting of 79 acres . There have been no splits. It should be <br /> noted that a transfer of lands between adjoiing owners (Seston to Hoskings) took <br /> place in 1991 to enlarge an existing CSM lot to the north, but according to Norb <br /> Scribner this is not considered a split for density purposes. <br />
