DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7098 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7098 <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, all in Section 6, Town of Berry, <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 6; thence South <br /> 6°12'11" East for a distance of 176.12 feet along the East line of said Section 6; thence <br /> South 51°51'44" West for a distance of 441.60 feet along the North right-of-way of <br /> Gorst Road to the point of beginning of this description. Thence South 79°57'47" West <br /> for a distance of 447.37 feet; thence South 09°58'46" East for a distance of 183.00 feet; <br /> thence South 02°51'13" East for a distance of 256.00 feet along the East line of CSM <br /> #4345; thence North 87°08'47" East for a distance of 198.54 feet; thence North <br /> 02°51'13" West for a distance of 275.57 feet; thence North 13°21'57" West for a <br /> distance of 122.62 feet; thence North 79°57'47"East for a distance of 255.25 feet; thence <br /> North 65°54'45" East for a distance of 32.05 feet to a; thence North 38°08'16" West for <br /> a distance of 66.00 feet along the end of Gorst Road to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
