DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7100 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7100 <br /> Parts of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, <br /> Section 7, Town of Rutland, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of <br /> Section 7; thence West along the South line of said Section, 231 feet; thence N 33°46'W, <br /> 760 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 79°18'W, 2429 feet; thence N 00°51'W, 270 <br /> feet; thence S 73°22'W, 662 feet; thence N 00°32' W, 42 feet; thence N 73°22'E, 659 <br /> feet; thence N 01°17'W, 332 feet; thence N 76° 46' E, 2018 feet to the centerline of USH <br /> 14; thence S 33°46' E along said centerline, 787 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. That there shall only be one access on to the existing State Highway"14" and that it shall <br /> be noted as such on the Certified Survey Map. <br /> O <br /> T <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
