So either of the one <br /> parcel has to buy an easement from other parcel for access to USH 14. <br /> ZONING PETITION #: 7107 <br /> Not opposing the fact but can not have any other access to USH 14. <br /> ZONING PETITION #: 7116 <br /> We are opposing this change based on the preliminary design plan (please see the enclosed plan). <br /> There will be no direct access from USH 12 to go to the building/duplex. Use the proposed access <br /> from Meffert Road. DOT will be purchasing some land from the corner parcel to fit the new <br /> alignment of side road and USH 12. <br />
