DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7101 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke and Town of <br /> Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Burke and the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R- <br /> 1 Residential District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7101 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of ct�jn Vin.Town of Sun Prairie, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 30; thence S 0° 25' 57" W <br /> along the West line of said SW 1/4, 1332.22 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing S 0° 29' 57" W along said West line 425.67 feet; thence N 34° 22' 02" E <br /> 531.26 feet; thence S 87° 31' 01" W, 296.96 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> AND <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Burke, described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the East quarter corner of said Section 25; thence S00°25'57" West along the East line <br /> of said Southeast quarter, 1332.22 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> S00°25'57" West along said East line, 425.67 feet to a point on the Northwesterly right- <br /> of-way line of a 50 foot wide high-pressure gas pipeline easement; thence S34°22'02" <br /> West along said Northwesterly right-of-way, 119.21 feet to the centerline of Thorson <br /> Road; thence along said centerline and a curve to the left with a long chord bearing and <br /> distance ofN18°09'36" West, 35.49 feet and a radius of 1009.60 feet; thence continuing <br /> along said centerline N19°10'02" West, 413.06 feet; thence continuing along said <br /> centerline and a curve to the left with along chord N29°52'06" West, 103.84 feet and a <br /> radius of 279.6 feet to a point on the North line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N87°50'41" <br /> East along said North line, 269.09 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> i" c <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that s amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statu e 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
