I desire to have the smaller parcel zoned RH-1 so that I may build a <br /> home on the property. At present the land is farmed by me, and is family owned. <br /> tWe place a high value on the crop land, and are participants in the crop rotation program. <br /> The home site I wish to have rezoned is for my personal residence, and is not part of the crop <br /> land which is now being farmed.
