DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7104 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7104 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 14, Township of Cross <br /> Plains, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 14; <br /> thence N 89°57'29" W along the North line of said NE 1/4-NW 1/4, 1257.41 feet; thence <br /> S 32°10'00" E, 299.21 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 32°10'00" E, <br /> 500.00 feet; thence S 57°50'00" W, 250.00 feet; thence N 32°10'00" W, 500.00 feet; <br /> thence N 57°50'00" E, 250.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> (.
