This restriction refers to the property located at <br /> 2560 Circle Drive anti owned by Stephen L. Forrer. The restriction states that `There <br /> shall be no further development on the A-2 rezone area." The intent of the Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs Plan Commission and Town Board was for no further residential <br /> development.
