•
Density Study Summary for Rezone #7105
December 1997 Public Hearing
The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of M.
Forrer at the time of at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Pleasant
Springs (6/6/78), consisting of 26.7 acres . There have been no splits on this
land. The small lot (.25 acres) at the intersection of CTH N and Circle Drive was
separate at the time of A-1 Ex adoption as well, is now under the ownership of
Gregory Pauli, and has not been split. In addition, Stephen Forrer owns 10
acres of land in section 34 that was under the ownership of L. Lueder at the time
of A-1 Ex adoption which is not contiguous to the land under consideration for
this rezone, upon which there have also been no splits.
In sum, the rezone involves land that, at the least was in two separate
ownerships at A-1 Ex adoption (looking at only the land involved in this rezone)
which amounts to 27 acres. At most, if the remainder of land now owned by
Stephen Forrer in section 34 is included (which was under the ownership of L.
Lueders at A-1 Ex adoption), another 10 acres could be added to the total
original farm acreage. Either way, there have been no splits.
