.00°- <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7105 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Map of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and <br /> R Re i ential Districts the following described land: <br /> P NUMBER: 7105 <br /> R-1: A part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs, described as <br /> follows: The East 260.4 feet of the South 152.5 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERIM D SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> A-2: A part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of Section 16; thence West 260 feet; thence <br /> North 33 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 650 feet; thence North 255 feet; <br /> thence West 150 feet; thence North 95 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence North 200 feet; <br /> thence West 280 feet; thence South 550 feet; thence West 316 feet; thence North 630 feet; <br /> thence East 1691 feet; thence South 511 feet; thence West 220 feet; thence South 119 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
