.00°- DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7105 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Map of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and R Re i ential Districts the following described land: P NUMBER: 7105 R-1: A part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs, described as follows: The East 260.4 feet of the South 152.5 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERIM D SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. A-2: A part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of Section 16; thence West 260 feet; thence North 33 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 650 feet; thence North 255 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence North 95 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence West 280 feet; thence South 550 feet; thence West 316 feet; thence North 630 feet; thence East 1691 feet; thence South 511 feet; thence West 220 feet; thence South 119 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
