DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7106 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION N17M ER: 7106 <br /> Part of the East 1/ of Section 17, Town of Berry, described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> East 1/4 corner of the said Section 17; thence West to the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the <br /> NE 1/4; thence South along the 40 line 150 feet; thence West to the North-South 1/4 line; <br /> thence North to the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence East to the NW <br /> corner of CSM No. 740; thence South 290.54 feet to the SW corner of said CSM No. <br /> 740; thence S 88°13'30"E 150.00 feet to the section line; thence South to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Section 17; thence West <br /> 490 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 410 feet; thence North 1050 feet; thence <br /> East 900 feet; thence South 835 feet along the section line; thence West 490 feet; thence <br /> South 215 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.That the A-2 rezone area(lot 5)be deleted and that the rezone areas be restricted to one animal unit per acre. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.
