DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7107 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7107 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, and part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, <br /> Town of Rutland, described as follows: Commencing at th 1/4 corner of said Section <br /> 7; thence South 85°29'46" West along the east-w quarter line of said Section 7, <br /> 1913.14 feet to the center line of old U.S. Hi 14 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> South 37°08'45"East, 64.00 feet to a poin curvature; thence along a curve to the right <br /> through a central angle of 00° 18' 34",,x[n arc distance of 30.95 feet, a radius of 5,729.58 <br /> feet and a chord bearing South 36°,59'27"East, 30.95 feet; thence South 85°29'46"West, <br /> 1038.63 feet; thence South 04°30'14"East, 199.97 feet; thence South 85°29'46"West, <br /> 383.24 feet; thence North 04°40'14"West, 279.97 feet to the east-west quarter line of <br /> said Section 7; thence Nor h 85°29'46"East along said east-west quarter line, 1370.72 <br /> feet to the point of beginijifig. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
