DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7108 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7108 <br /> A part of the West 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Cross Plains, described <br /> thusly: Commencing at the SW corner of the said Section 33; thence North 1320 feet to <br /> the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, and the point of beginning; thence North 950 <br /> feet; thence East 720 feet; thence South to the centerline of Domini Road; thence West <br /> and Southwesterly along the centerline of Domini Road to its intersection with the <br /> centerline of Sugar Valley Road; thence Northwesterly along Sugar Valley Road to the <br /> West line of said Section 33; thence North to the point of beginning. <br /> \ \\Al°\CI <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
