DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7109 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2 and A-2(8) Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7109 <br /> Part of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4, and part of the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4, and part of the <br /> SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; all in Section 2, Town of Berry, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence East 1320 feet; thence <br /> South 1320 feet to the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East 300 feet to <br /> the point of beginning;ahenc4East to the NW corner of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW <br /> 1/4; thence South along the West line of the said E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 1270 <br /> feet; thence N 84°14'07"E 218.2 feet to the centerline of S.T.H. 19; thence Northeasterly <br /> and Easterly along the centerline of S.T.H. 19 to a point which is 1000 feet west of the <br /> East line of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4; thence North to the North line of the said W 1/2 of <br /> the SE 1/4; thence West to the center of Section 2; thence North 660 feet; thence West <br /> 1160 feet; thence South 1180 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence South to the point of <br /> beginning. Proposed Certified Survey Map Lot 2, A-2, and proposed Certified Survey <br /> Map lots 1,3 and 4 A-2(8). <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
