PLANNING & CEV LOPME ' <br /> ZONING DIVISION <br /> Dear Mr. Reynolds: <br /> Pursuant to our telephone conversation of last week, and we apologize for not getting back <br /> to you sooner but we were waiting to receive the letter from the Town of Berry regarding its <br /> formal action, enclosed herewith is a copy of the proposed certified survey map and deed <br /> restrictions pertaining to the Keuler property north of Highway 19. <br /> At its meeting of February 15, 1999, the Town of Berry Plan Commission and the Town <br /> of Berry Town Board approved the certified survey map with all lots to be zoned A2 (8) except <br /> Lot 2 which is to be zoned simply A2. The conditions of approval were the recording of the <br /> enclosed deed restrictions and entering into a developer's agreement with respect to the <br /> construction of the town road serving the four lots. <br /> Would you please put us on the agenda for the March 9, 1999 meeting of the Zoning and <br /> Natural Resources Committee. <br /> If you have received a copy of the Town's letter regarding approval of the above referenced <br /> matter, please provide us a copy.
