Rewey regarding the conditions for the approval of a Town <br /> Road have been resolved and we are satisfy with the outcome. <br /> Before any public street or road (or private driveway) connection to the state trunk highway, as indicated on an <br /> approved final land division document, can be constructed, a permit must be obtained as required under Section <br /> 86.07, Wisconsin Statutes.
