TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT Regarding Zoning Petition # 7109 Public Hearing Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Berry having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (fipprovecPenied). The Town Planning Commission. consisting of 7 members voted 6 in favor and 1 opposed. The Town Board. Consisting of 5 members voted 4 in favor and 1 opposed. The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no conditions) Including CSM approval for 4 lots with aipropriate zoning: Lt 1 , 11 .87 ac_ to A2(8), Lot 2, 27.2 ac. to A2, Lot 3, 14.41 ac. to A2(8), Lot 4, 10.80 ac. to A2(8); with deed restriction (as prosented) on all CSM land.
