DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7109 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7109 <br /> Part of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4, and part of the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4, and part of the <br /> SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; all in Section 2, Town of Berry, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence East 1320 feet; thence <br /> South 1320 feet to the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East 300 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence East to the NW corner of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW <br /> 1/4; thence South along the West line of the said E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 1270 <br /> feet; thence N 84°14'07"E 218.2 feet to the centerline of S.T.H. 19; thence Northeasterly <br /> and Easterly along the centerline of S.T.H. 19 to a point which is 1000 feet west of the <br /> East line of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4; thence North to the North line of the said W 1/2 of <br /> the SE 1/4; thence West to the center of Section 2; thence North 660 feet; thence West <br /> 1160 feet; thence South 1180 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence South to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
