I€ approved, the <br /> petitioner/s shall draft the amendatory covenant instrument, have <br /> same executed by the owner/s <br /> of the lands subject to the restrictions and record same. <br /> (b) Such amendment shall also require approval of the Town Board. <br /> VI.
