Density Study Summary for Rezone #7112 <br /> December 1997 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of <br /> Randall Stenjem at the time of at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of <br /> Christiana (7/19/79), consisting of 1 acre. The original map shows both <br /> Stenjem's current lot (approx .5 acres) and the lot belonging to Ricky Friedli of <br /> the same size (.5 acres) to the immediate south as being under the same <br /> ownership at A-1 Ex adoption amounting to a total of approximately 1 acre, <br /> although the separate lot lines were apparent on the map. <br /> The southern lot was sold to Ricky Friedli in 1988, leaving Stenjem with <br /> the current parcel that is being considered for rezone. Neither the Stenjem <br /> parcel or the Friedli parcel have been split. <br />
