DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7077 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RE-1 Recreational and RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7077 A part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Verona described as follows: • TO RE-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 20; thence East 1196.56 feet along the Section line; thence South 357.87 feet to the South right-of-way of USH 18-151; thence S 84° 47' 35" West along said right-of-way 139.96 feet; thence N 79° 50' 03" West along said right-of-way 213.05 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 01° 06' 48" West 935.43 feet; to the North right-of-way of Marsh Road; thence N 89° 58' 57" West along said right-of-way 210.00 feet; thence N 87° 05' 31" West along said right-of-way 100.14 feet; thence S 89° 25' 53" West along said right-of-way 490.83 feet to a point on the East right-of-way of CTH G; thence N 14° 53' 15" East along said East right-of-way 329.92 feet; thence N 01° 18' 09" West along said right-of-way 271.05 feet; thence N 01° 18' 09" West along said right-of-way 201.87 feet; thence N 00° 26' 08" East along said right-of-way 100.12 feet to a point on the South right-of-way of USH 18-151;thence S 85°28' 45" East along said South right-of-way 230.54 feet; thence N 75° 14' 45" East along said right-of-way 358.90 feet; thence S 79° 50' 03" East along said right-of-way 170.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
