FOR: Cemetary expansion EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/11/00 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence S 51' 37" West, along the East-West quarter line, of said Section 9, 2464 .75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 51' 37" West, along the East-West quarter line of said Section 9, 247 .53 feet; thence N 00° 17' 35" East, along the East line of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #2631, 528 . 00 feet; thence N 89° 51' 37" East, 247 .49 feet; thence S 00° 17' 17" West, along the West line of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #3280, 528 . 00 feet to the point of beginning. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will be made.
