DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7078 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7078/1465 Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence S 51' 37"West, along the East-West quarter line, of said Section 9, 2464.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 51' 37" West, along the East-West quarter line of said Section 9, 247.53 feet; thence N 00° 17' 35"East, along the East line of Lot#1 Certified Survey Map#2631, 528.00 feet; thence N 89° 51' 37"East, 247.49 feet; thence S 00° 17' 17"West, along the West line of Lot#1 Certified Survey Map #3280, 528.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
