DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7078 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural District's <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7078/1465 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Dunkirk <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence S <br /> 51' 37"West, along the East-West quarter line, of said Section 9, 2464.75 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 51' 37" West, along the East-West quarter line <br /> of said Section 9, 247.53 feet; thence N 00° 17' 35"East, along the East line of Lot#1 <br /> Certified Survey Map#2631, 528.00 feet; thence N 89° 51' 37"East, 247.49 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 17' 17"West, along the West line of Lot#1 Certified Survey Map #3280, 528.00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
