MINORITY REPORT <br /> I voted against petition#7114. Approval of this petition will result in the violation of the <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs Land Use Plan. <br /> The petitioner has informed us that if this is approved, they will then apply for a farm <br /> house under the substantial income requirement of the Dane County Ordinances. The <br /> petitioners stated that if the requested rezone is approved, they will be able to meet the <br /> substantial income requirements.
