November 4, 1997 <br /> Re: Requesting rezoning of a 40+acre track located in the town of Verona on Shady Oak <br /> Lane, Parcel #31-0608-043-9000. <br /> The purpose for the above request is to rezone approximately 4.1 acres of 40+ cre parcel for a <br /> private residence. The parcel had a farmstead on the property which burn dow . The zoning <br /> requested is for RH-2 for the 4.1 acre parcel and the balance of 35+ acre w. remain all Al <br /> exclusive. The parcel to be used for the residence is mostly wooded and sloped which makes it <br /> unusable for farming purposes. The balance of the 35+ acres will remain as agricultural uses. <br /> Construction of the residence would be started immediately in the spring of 1998. <br /> Thank you or your consideration. <br /> Charles V.
