DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7116
<br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield.
<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District
<br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-3A Residential and RH-1
<br /> Rural Homes District's the following described land:
<br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7116
<br /> TO R-3A: A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and in the NW 1/4 of the NE
<br /> 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Springfield, described as follows: Commencing at the
<br /> Northeast corner of said Section 22 and running thence along the North line of said
<br /> Section and with the centerline of Meffert Road, due West, 1757.43 feet; thence
<br /> continuing along said centerline, S 62° 55' 03" W 608.75 feet to a point of curve; thence
<br /> continuing along said centerline and with the arc of said curve, deflecting to the left, said
<br /> curve having a central angle of 10° 13' 45", a radius of 1300.00 feet and a chord which
<br /> bears S 57° 48' 11" W, 231.78 feet to a point in the arc of said curve; thence continuing
<br /> along said centerline and with the arc of said last-mentioned curve, said last-mentioned
<br /> curve having a central angle of 01° 13' 49", a radius of 1300.00 feet and a chord which
<br /> bears S 521 08' 48" W, 27.91 feet to the end of said curve; thence continuing along said
<br /> centerline of Meffert Road, S 51° 31'54" W, 351.94 feet to the intersection thereof with
<br /> the centerline of U.S. Highway 12; thence along said last-mentioned centerline, S 31° 52'
<br /> 47"E, 248.19 feet to the point of beginning; thence leaving said centerline and running,N

<br /> the centerline of Meffert Road, due West, 1757.43 feet; thence leaving said Section line
<br /> and continuing along said centerline, S 62° 55' 03"W, 608.75 feet to a point of curve;
<br /> thence continuing along said centerline and with the arc of said curve, deflecting to the
<br /> left, said curve having a central angle of 10° 13' 45", a raduis of 1300.00 feet and a chord
<br /> which bears S 57° 48' 11" W 231.78 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
<br /> along said centerline and with the arc of said curve, said curve having a central angle of

<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be
<br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
