If you would be so kind as to address each of tnem and inv.,. <br /> back to our office prior to December 10, it could enhance the chances of your petition <br /> being properly represented before the zoning and natural resources committee at its <br /> December 16, 1997 public hearing. <br /> It is important to note that if the conditional use permit is granted by Dane County, the <br /> site plan as submitted (detailing building location, parking layout, septic site, etc)will be <br /> the framwork within which any zoning permits will be issued. In other words, the <br /> conditional use permit, if granted, will be based directly upon the materials your <br /> organization has submitted to Dane County Planning and Development. Any deviations of <br /> significance from the submitted plans will require a re-application. Therefore it is prudent <br /> to ensure that the plans as submitted are acceptable to your organization before moving <br /> further in this process. <br /> The questions are listed below. Thank you in advance for a prompt response. <br /> 1. Are all proposed buildings shown on the site plan? <br /> 2. Will there be any signage? If so, please denote on site plan. <br /> 3. Will there be any proposed screenage or landscaping? If so, please denote on <br /> plan. <br /> 4. Please show parking stall delineations(each individual stall should be shown). <br /> 5. Please show distance of the septic system(as accurate as possible)from the <br /> church building. <br />
