4 . Legal description for remainder of farm borderi <br /> on cul-de-sac to be supplied and inserted here. <br /> (hereinafter referred to as Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Skaars hereby create a common driveway easement <br /> between the above-described adjoining parcels of land owned by them <br /> for the benefit of each such parcel as follows: <br /> A sixty-six (66) foot wide joint driveway easement for <br /> the benefit of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, above, such easement <br /> to be located as shown on Certified Survey Map No. <br /> (exact legal description to be supplied upon completion <br /> of certified survey map. Currently, the easement for <br /> said driveway is shown on the attached map) , Town of <br /> Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> WHEREAS, Skaars wish to also create an agreement relating to <br /> the joint use and maintenance of such driveway by Lots 1, 2, 3, and <br /> 4; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, a joint driveway agreement is created as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Skaars shall construct and pay all initial costs for a <br /> driveway complete with cul-de-sac, as depicted on the <br /> attached map. The gravelled portion of said driveway <br /> shall be twenty (20) feet in width. Such driveway shall <br /> be located in the easement described above and shall be <br /> situated as close to the westerly border of Lot 1 as <br /> shall be allowed by county and township zoning require- <br /> ments . Such driveway shall be gravelled and built to <br /> county and township specifications. <br /> 2 . Until such time as any of Lots 1, 2, or 3 are purchased <br /> from Skaars, Skaars shall be solely responsible for all <br /> repair and maintenance of said driveway. <br /> 3 . At such time as any of Lots 1, 2, or 3 are purchased from <br /> Skaars, the owners of said three Lots shall commence <br /> sharing the costs of maintenance, repairs, and recon- <br /> struction (if necessary) of the entire driveway and the <br /> culvert on an equal (one-third each) basis. The driveway <br /> shall be maintained so as to meet county and township <br /> specifications at all times. <br /> 4 . a. At the present time, Skaars have no plans pending <br /> to develop any portion of Lot 4 into residential <br /> parcels.
