Density Study Summary for Rezone # 7118 <br /> January 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of James <br /> Skaar at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Cottage Grove (5/15/82), <br /> consisting of 82 acres. Another 40 acre section to the south now belongs to <br /> James Skaar but was not part of his farm at the time of A-1 Ex adoption, so was <br /> not included as part of this density study. There have been no splits on the <br /> original James Skaar lands. <br />
