DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7118 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the 'lawn of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7118 <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 26, thence Westerly along the <br /> East-West quarter line to the center of Section 26 and the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence North 1330 feet more or less along the North-South quarter line to the <br /> Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence East 490 feet along the North line of said <br /> SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South 300.00 feet; thence S14°00'00' West 150.00 feet; thence <br /> S25°00'00"West 200.00 feet; thence S40°00'00"West 230.00 feet; thence S16°52'01" <br /> West 80.47 feet; thence South 450.00 feet to the East-West quarter line; thence West <br /> 198.00 feet along said quarter line to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> \\C ' <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
