Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT # 1473 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Telecommunication tower site. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: June 9, 1998 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of York described as <br /> follows : Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 7; thence East along the North line of the nw 1/4 NE 1/4 952 . 46 <br /> feet; thence South 39. 40 feet to the south line of CTH V and the <br /> point of beginning; thence S80°54' 34" East along the said South <br /> line 169. 35 feet; thence East 34 . 18 feet; thence South 206. 32 <br /> feet; thence West 201 . 40 feet; thence North 233 . 08 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. The primary use of the communication tower permitted under Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1473 shall be for the mounting of equipment for Personal Communication Services (PCS) <br /> transmissions/receptions/receptions and Cellular Telephone equipment. <br /> 2. The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1473 shall accommodate, at a minimum height of 180 feet above grade, the collocation of three <br /> additional antenna arrays similar in size and function to that placed on the tower by the holder of said <br /> permit. <br /> 3. The three collocation sites required hereunder need not be available on the tower as initially <br /> placed, constructed, or modified, provided that the tower will support at the specified minimum height <br /> the later addition of the required number of collocation sites. <br /> 4. Collocation sites required hereunder shall upon request be made available by the holder of <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1473 for the mounting of technologically compatible antenna arrays and <br />
