Smiley, Director <br /> Community and Regional Development Planning <br /> DATE: January 30, 1998 <br /> RE: Town of Roxbury Land Use Plan <br /> At the January 27, 1998 hearing, there was discussion of Petition #7121 along <br /> CTH Y in the Town of Roxbury. Two of the people opposed to the rezoning <br /> stated that it was contrary to the Town Land Use Plan. Our staff comments <br /> indicate that the petition is consistent with plan policies. <br /> As you can see from the attached map, this area, south of CTH Y, is Town of <br /> Roxbury Assessor's Plat No. 1, which was done many years ago to acknowledge <br /> previous land divisions.
