DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7122 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Westport. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7122 <br /> A portion of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 5; thence N87°00'41" East, <br /> 180.50 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue N87°00'41" East, 350.00 feet; <br /> thence S02°41'15" East, 390.00 feet; thence S87°00'41" West, 530.50 feet; thence <br /> NO2°41'15" West, 209.50 feet; thence N87°00'41" East, 180.50 feet; thence <br /> NO2°41'15" West, 180.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDTITONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.A vegetative screening shall be required to buffer the rezone area from the residence located at the corner of <br /> Easy Street and Madison street. <br /> o\c\(-64 / <br /> 4( }'. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
