DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7123 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1A Residential District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7123 <br /> Located in the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 26; thence East along the South line of <br /> said Section 26, 1284.50 feet to the centerline of CTH TT; thence N43°25'00"East along <br /> said centerline, 344.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N4325'00"East <br /> along said centerline, 460.00 feet; thence N43°44'30" West, 320.00 feet; thence <br /> S43°25'00"West, 160.00 feet; thence N43°44'30"West, 40.00 feet; thence S43°25'00" <br /> West, 150.00 feet; thence N43°44'30"West, 40.00 feet; thence S43°25'00' West, 150.00 <br /> feet; thence S43°44'30"East, 400 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Ck\3\ 16 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
