DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7130 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the B-1 Local Business and RE-1 <br /> Recreational District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 713 0/1475 <br /> Located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Roxbury described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO B-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of said <br /> SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence 323 feet to the point of beginning;thence continue North <br /> 350 feet; thence East 54 feet; thence S28°42'04"East, 399.03 feet; thence West 245.63 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Roxbury, described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RE-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of said <br /> SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence North 673 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> North 249 feet; thence East 280 feet; thence South 380 feet; thence West 93.86 feet; <br /> thence S23°12'00"East, 238.26 feet; thence West 34.37 feet; thence N28°42'04" West <br /> 399.03 feet; thence West 54 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
