Density Study Summary for Rezone #7124 <br /> January 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of C.J. <br /> Vale at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Cottage Grove (5/15/82), <br /> consisting of 20.5 acres. Vale also owns other noncontiguous land in the same <br /> Township to the east and south, amounting to 160.7 acres in total. There have <br /> been no splits on any of Vale's land. <br /> It should be mentioned that Rezone petition #7125 pertains to some of <br /> Vale's other noncontiguous land to the south in Section 18 of Cottage Grove. <br /> (please see attached map) <br />
