DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7131 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7131 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Roxbury, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the most Northwesterly corner of Lot #1, Certified <br /> Survey Map #1337, said corner being located on the centerline of Padley Road; thence <br /> N05°00'00" East, along said centerline 5.00 feet; thence S85°00'00" East, 170.00 feet; <br /> thence S05°00'00" West, 339.49 feet; thence N70°20'00" West, 10.34 feet; thence <br /> N05°00'00" East, 331.87 feet; thence N85°00'00" West, 160.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> \J\ f <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings, to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
