DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7132 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial <br /> Districtls the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7132 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence N87°33'28" East, <br /> 1336.67 feet along the South line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 thence <br /> continuing N87°33'28" East 677.67 feet along the South line of the said Southwest <br /> quarter; thence N00°05'26" West 789.00 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> N87°33'28" West 337 feet; thence N00°05'26" West 528.00 feet; thence N87°52'33" <br /> East, 337 feet; thence S00°05'26" East 528.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
