(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> adoption by Dane County the owners or owners of the land shall <br /> record the following restrictions on said lands: <br /> 1) To prohibit any permitted use in the C-2 zoning district except <br /> Mini Warehouses. <br /> 2) There shall be no outside storage associated with the Mini <br /> Warehouses. <br />
